A very brief entry! As I view it there is the title, “Carry The Forest Inside You”, followed by the date. “February 20th, 2017”, and that’s the lot.

So true. Even taking a few minutes to sit and watch the video brings peace. You really notice the difference with the jolt of the middle clip. I’m glad they go back to the calming nature piece after that:)
