The leaves are falling, the first frosts have arrived here in southern England. Now is the time for curling up by the fire and going to sleep – hibernating a little, to restore ourselves and find the Awen again. But I’ve been struck by how many friends and relatives find it hard or impossible to sleep well or deeply. I’ve developed a programme to help with this that combines an understanding of Psychology and Neuroscience with Spiritual techniques and perspectives.
