Retreats, Shoes, Grounding and the Risks of Meditation

A big thank you to my friends above for saying Yes! to being in this thumbnail photo. We survived! We were on a pilgrimage with the British Pilgrimage Trust. We were staying at Broughton Sanctuary which hosts retreats (and before that at Stapleford Park for a Beltane celebration).
