Coping with Winter

As we approach the Winter here in the northern hemisphere, many of us dread the months of gloom and cold to come, but here in this beautiful film from Sweden’s far north, film-maker Jonna Jinton shares glorious footage of the seasons in Sweden, and shares some of the ways she avoids winter gloom, including ice-cold bathing à la Wim Hof, making birch-leaf tea, and holding the thought “A flower would never force itself to bloom in the Winter, so why should we?” As OBOD member Nigel, who sent me this link, writes “it’s not Druidry by name, but it certainly shares the spirit!”
