As always, an exquisite and evocative meditation. Thank you. I found myself sat on a park bench. The man who brought the wheelbarrow was the gardener and the woman was, I think, his wife. The scenes on the tiles were so real, they moved. They were more like little movies than static images. The two people were even throwing snowballs in the winter one. Great fun! As I breathed in the earth, I felt the soil entering me, enriching my very being from inside out. By the end of this meditation, I feel my soul has been nurtured, and the seed of hope planted. Thanks again, and many blessings to you xx
