Penny, I am filled with such love and gratitude for this time with you. Your taught us something but also inspired me spiritually. I was moved to tears during the meditation, partly because I felt the energy of earth and sky filling me so fully, but also because somewhere in my soul, I was feeling the power of our path rising up to grow me. It is discussions like this that guide me forward in my learning and in my practice. Thank you so very much and with deep respect.
Than you for the lovely refreshing meditation. Because our summers can be so hot it can be time to spend inside out of the heat of the sun and it can make me lethargic and not be bothered much with housework and so when it cools in autumn I finally gave the energy to clean and weed and paint and plant in a big burst of autumn cleaning. Although so saying I’ve only just listened to this and its Easter snd I’m having a lovely relaxed Sunday afternoon watching the tide literally turn in our bay.
Dear Penny, I have just listened to this today (April 7th) and have found it healing and inspiring! Thank you for being you. Somehow I expect my body to leap into gardening after quite a sedentary winter, then I’m surprised when everything hurts after only a short session in the garden. Thank you for the reminder to be gentle with myself. Bowing to you in gratitude.
