One Response to “Sophrology & Druidry: Is there a Connection?”
Greetings Philip. Thanks for the interesting & thought provoking “Tea.” Yes indeed; positive Self Talk & positive affirmations are very powerful & important for our mental, emotional & physical health. (Our Cells are listening). The Norway report was inspiring, and was a good reminder to think positive when winter driving arrives. Positive Self Talk & affirmations are valuable to include in the treatment of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). Cognitive behavioral therapy, light therapy, supplements, etc. have been common natural therapeutic protocols in the US Northwest. When I need to get more hours for my Clinical Hypnotherapy renewal, the Sophrology course sounds promising. Since I may have the hours I need for 2020, I may look into starting it in 2021 for my next renewal. In the meantime, perhaps I’ll get get the book. I enjoyed the meditation! 🙂 Many Blessings on your Journey to Samhuinn. /|\
