New Year’s Resolutions

I’m sure you’ve worked out your goals and resolutions for the New Year, but in case not here are two suggestions:

My word, he looks comfy and relaxed there on the tree! What affects my sleep patterns, from time to time is the moon, several times a year. I don’t howl But I do get frustrated, I have always enjoyed my sleep, when you have been a Mum of six, sleep is very valuable. If I have a good night, then I can kick off the bedding and really get cracking with enthusiasm, but I am quite depleted and cross with myself should the opposite happen. So I may well consider your offer for the programme. How kind of you to share your knowledge, exciting too, because it encircles the planet too, sometimes before you take a breath. Much love to all.
