I Follow the Religion of Love
September 22nd, 2008
My heart has become capable of every form: it is a pasture for
gazelles and a convent for Christian monks,
And a temple for idols and the pilgrim’s Ka’ba and the
tables of the Torah, and the book of the Koran.
I follow the religion of Love: whatever way Love’s camels take,
that is my religion and my faith.
Ibn Arabi (1165-1240) Islamic Sufi mystic and philosopher

hi. such rich frases, full of the most important behaviour in live and in religion: love and tolerance to diferencies. After reading 6 chapters of your book ” mysteries of druids” i had a strange dream. if it is possible i would like to describe it to you. Mail me if you got a chance. best regards
It’s quite remarkable how consistent the message of the “masters” is regardless of tradition and how equally consistent is the human disinclination to heed their words. I like the Dalai Lama’s version also “My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness.”
