The background music might bug you, Brand’s high-octane delivery might bug you too, but he talks a lot of sense to me! Paganism comes in @ 7.23 mins.

Interesting how much of the media is now trying to discredit him following his revolutionary stance! This guy is clearly thinking, what would happen if we all start doing that?
It wouldn’t matter who was delivering this message or how they were to deliver it. For many, the message isn’t welcome because to accept it would mean that they would have to look at the way they themselves relate to the world. It’s far easier to dredge up Brand’s past and use it to belittle the views he now holds than to look into the mirror and truly see who is looking back. It’s easier to slam the door in the face of the truth than to throw it wide open, stand on the porch and look at the world as it really is. Behind the anger, bitterness and criticism being directed at Brand is fear and pain – the same things that make a wounded animal bite as you try to help it.
Amazing how he is taking that message into areas and to audiences that (pretty much) no-one has before. Illumination, love, enlightenment, connection – on This Morning, Loose Women, Chatty Man? Inspiring stuff.
