Heart and Soul in the Ecosystem

As events unfold in Japan in such a tragic way, everyone’s hearts go out to those who are suffering, while most of our minds, I suspect, find it hard to believe that nuclear reactors were ever built on the east coast of the island, so close to the fault line – when they knew there was a high risk of earthquakes!
