…And also to you Phillip (and anyone else online at the moment!) From here in Orkney at MAES HOWE! It’s been a dreadful morning , but miraculously Sol has just made an appearance through the clouds! If you’re quick you just MIGHT see it hit the ‘altar’ stone at the end off the passage. (All fingers/toes crossed here) before it disappears back into the cloud (www.maeshowe.co.uk)
And to you Chief.

Sorry folks – but it didn’t happen this year! (so near, yet so far!) The sun’s beam just about entered the low passageway into the chamber – then a big cloud came down. End of the show! There’s a very good prognosis for tomorrow tho’ – so if you’ve nowt better to do…
Happy Solstice, dear Philip! Let celebrate, dance and sing about the Birth of the New Sun! The sun, that is in our hearts – Sun of Love and Light!
Thanks Philip. And to you, Steph, and all yours too. 🙂
