I love you just the way you are, and you can look in your mirror, see those gorgeous eyes looking lovingly back out and say: “I REALLY, REALLY LOVE YOU……THANK YOU.” sweet!
It seems strange that he says people do not get addicted who have been prescribed opiate pain killers. In fact, Massachusetts has had an epidemic of over dose deaths by people who originally were given opiates for legitimate reasons and then became addicted. It’s true that grandma does not become a heroin addict from her hip replacement, but younger people who have been on opiates find themselves addicted. You can say they don’t have ‘happy and connected lives’, but that may be true of many humans. And, VietNam veterans have huge numbers of addiction, as have vets from Afghanistan.
