Another Remarkable Woman

April 6th, 2009

A wonderful woman in her 80s talking to Kim Hill of Radio New Zealand. She talks about her life, Naturism, Motherhood, Thoreau and about her LAT relationship with her partner. “You haven’t heard about LAT relationships?” She asks Kim Hill, “It’s the latest thing!”

One Response to “Another Remarkable Woman”

  1. What a wonderful woman! Really inspiring! It’s lovely to think that the Isle of Wight brought such a major and positive change to her life (it seems to work it’s magic on many!). ‘Woodside’ still exists at Wooten Creek (Trish knows the owners) although I don’t think they are naturists. The major naturist camp was at Blackgang for years until a landslip sadly claimed it, although the beach remains a naturist beach.

Despite the great sadness and challenges that she has experienced, she has such a wonderful attitude to life. Very moving. It’s not only the surviving but the thriving too that touches me – I think it takes great strength of spirit. Wonderful – thanks for posting!
